GOAL

Shorten the registration flow as much as possible and add more guiding content. 

CHALLENGE

Explain the difference between SecureSign and the mobile banking app CSX.

LEARNING

Users don't mind additional screens if they provide valuable information about the functionalities of the app.

Since a great user experience is about integrating all touchpoints, we also created a new design for online banking and, in collaboration with the graphics team, a new layout for the SecureSign letter.
